
OFFSEASON TRAINING
"There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure."
Below are many of the offseason training opportunities that we have arranged for our athletes. We have set up training opportunities and teams during the summer, fall, and winter months for our athletes to play year round. We have also arranged individual training opportunities. These options are listed below. As always, players can get after it in the weight room to improve their strength, speed, and agility.

SUMMer Training
Our summer training is run through Next Wave Lacrosse. This is a program for the players to keep the stick in their hands throughout the summer months and have some fun playing lacrosse. Sessions are once or twice per week in the evening hours of June and July. Registration begins in May and ends in early June. Click below for more information or to register.

SUMMER CAMP
Our annual summer camp will be held from July 14 - 17. This is an opportunity to work together with our future players and help them learn about our program. Volunteers will help players will learn our schemes and philosophies and begin to develop chemistry for the future! Camp will end with the Red and Gold game and food and will be followed by the Voorhees Alumni Game! Registration for camp will open in March and will remain open until the start of camp. Youth players can register through the link below. Parents must create an account with the LTAA and select our camp as the program.


Fall Training
Our fall training is run through Next Wave Lacrosse. This is a program for the players to keep the stick in their hands throughout the fall and have some fun playing lacrosse! Sessions are once per week on Sunday mornings from September through November. Players will participate in weekly training sessions, scrimmages, and tournaments. Winter LEAGUE
Our winter league is ran through ISP in Randolph and spans from November through February. This is a great opportunity to fine tune your skills and get ready for the start of the season in March. We enter two teams; a freshman/sophomore team and a junior/senior team. You can find all of the league information through the links below.
