STRENGTH Training

We encourage our athletes to train in a way that prepares them to compete at the highest level and endure the intense physical demands of the sport!  Our athletes have many opportunities to train for strength, agility, and conditioning.  The school weight room is open constantly throughout the year.  Below are our workout plans that our athletes should follow or base their workouts upon.  PLAYERS SHOULD NEVER ATTEMPT AN EXERCISE THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY TAUGHT.  Players can always ask a coach or weight room supervisor how to perform an exercise that they are unfamiliar with!
