Your stick defines you as a player.  Wall ball is an essential drill to improve a player's ability to catch and throw.  Players of all ability levels can benefit from reps on the wall.  Check out the wall ball routines below and put in some time on the wall!  The development of fundamental skills will help build confidence and translate to on-field successes.  You will thank yourself later!
